The Moses Cone-Wesley Long Community Health Foundation considers it vitally important to connect with the community it seeks to serve. The Foundation is staffed with a team of five dedicated professionals, each of whom deals with a different area of the Foundation’s work and funding. They are all eager to assist organizations and individuals with any questions they may have regarding the Foundation or its grant process.
